The Scent of the Season

Gucci Guilty is the perfect scent for any urban dweller or sexy suburbanite. I absolutely love the scent, apparently it is a mixture of cedar wood and lavender, but who really cares as long as it smells good it could have been made with Trump sweat and I would not have minded, though I am a democrat.
Recently I’ve been wanting to get a new scent for those super special occasions, you know meeting with the president, lunch-in with Barbra Walters or dinner with January Jones. So, over the past couple of months I’ve been searching for a new smell.
Making round trips to Sephora has been quite a bit of fun though; I love the tester bottles because if it is a good scent you can spray it on yourself and smell good for the rest of the night. Therefore, I was originally gunning for the new fragrance by Marc Jacobs, Bang, but Bang was a bit too bland for me. In addition, it was rather woodsy and not the fun, play with the elephants Tarzan kind either. More like the slam my face into a tree George of the Jungle smell. So I continued looking, Tom Ford was my next pick, everything that man does is amazing so I figure why not his scent. However, it is so hard to find anything of his especially in the fashion forward city of Houston.
Amidst my dilemma of fragrance, I went on face book to waste time and essentially do nothing. While creeping on others and secretly judging them, I came across the Gucci Guilty advertisement video staring Chris Evans. I don't remember if he had any lines... at all, but I do remember he looked good... really good... phenomenally good. And being the vain person I am, I decided that I must try this scent, maybe it will transform into him or something. To my displeasure it did not, however the smell was absolutely amazing and that hint of whatever really did the trick especially after I let it sit on my wrist for just a bit. So if you are ever looking for a new sexy scent, might I suggest some Gucci Guilty?
